Iāve never seen that one ._. looks like a LoL ripoff (minimap, UI and minions are exactly the same, just with crown icons, summoner spells and items are awfuly similar).

Nope tencent is not involved but the people involved with LoLās development and stuffs before it become popular is in-charge of that game.
So all in all, itās not a rip-off because they made the system firsthand and just used it on another different thing 
Oh and one more thing, itās not based in the west and it has no english language yet so yeah
Though itās quite enjoyable because if has a number of my favorite anime chars as heroes ready for fun matches/battles 
Well, then itās not a ripoff indeed. I assumed Tencent was involved since they got like 50% of Riot games time ago and thought that they would use their stuff on another games they were involved in. My mistake.

The only thing I hate from them is that they have a very selfish and hostile government looking for a fight
