Lying support ticket? Wtf IMC?

I just got a response back from my ticket saying that my character was moved after getting stuck from a commanderloadfail error

But it’s not, its still stuck in that same area…

Why did this happen? Did IMC just straight up lie? Automated system? Something happened? This doesn’t make sense

sry, probably some other reasons…

try create another ticket n say issue still persist.

Yeah I sent another… unsavory support ticket, lol

I’ve been trying to play with a friend of mine for 6 hours now, bugged quests on both starting sides, after going through lots of forum reading we just said screw it. I loaded up a high lvl char to help one of his other characters grind and we both got stuck in CommanderLoadFail

So yeah, nice day xD

I always thought myself as lucky in this game, got Desert Chupacabra ears and Brandish recipe, without ever really trying. I like never get rare items in games xD

they probably have like 100 people stuck sending thickets and prob miss clicked your thicket and responded instead of the other person they actually helped…

I have always hated support thingy (you can thanks UBS for that) I prefer the more close and hug-able PMs

EDIT: @qskittlesq luck is relative, for example my luck… will make you ■■■■ bricks cause it’s non existent…

Yeah that is what I though too

It wouldn’t make sense for them to lie, because after my character is moved, the first thing I’m gonna do is want to play it xD Unless the person was dumb and didn’t think all the way through, it was probably just a misunderstanding

Hello, sorry for the delayed response, fell asleep xD

I sent another support ticket, and they said they moved my character again, only for me to load it up and guess what? It wasn’t moved .-.

Luckily the CommanderLoadFail error had stopped, so I was able to get out, but you might want to check your support team. I have a lot of patience so it’s no problem to me, but you could lose players over that kind of thing :stuck_out_tongue:
