Gaming Expert: More likely to be a Professional Gamer who is an expert at a particular gaming category. Usually participates in E-sports.
Gaming Analyst: Well, these do exist. In huge AAA companies, we have analysts that grabs as much data as they can for a lot of purposes. Said data are used for:
- Viability of the game in the current market and whether they can sell.
- How “fun” a game is in the project’s target audience.
- How much player retention can be achieved with some game mechanics or the whole game in general etc.
