Well I would love Living Weapon system ;3
Like you start with lvl 1 weapon and by leveling it up you are allowed to alter its stats, special abilities (and maybe look) over time to refine it to unique weapon for your given build. It would be character bound (so you would not expolit it by giving full growth weapon to low level chara). Should be relatively reasonable (time or material wise) to aquire and be little weaker than BiS options (like 5-10%). Played few games with similar system and it allowed casuals to go with living weapons and hardcore grinders went with BiS gear (which was more powerfull but waaaaay harder to get 
and it was mainly for PvP to get edge over casuals).

Instance dungeon 230 (old 140) is still bug impossible to get 100%

So, if i got it correctly purple stats can come anywhere (armors and weapons). So block pen should be easier to obtain. That’s great news!
Since they stated there will be “lots” of extra stat points with the new level expansion [as they stated the new quests are much more rewarding than the old/usual ones, this should mean that you get a lot of stat- and attribute points through them,right?; otherwise that statement would be just another lie <_<],
what is your actual experience on ktest?
Are there really many extra points (like 20+) from quests and statues yet?
All the while you’ll be meeting new goddesses, new masters and a whole roster of diverse NPCs. Plus, besides the usual EXP Cards, completing the new quests is going to earn you prizes like bonus stats and attribute points, making the discovery of the new stories that much more rewarding.
