@WatchGintama @Gwenyth, question on cards: so with the implementation of card equip system, it included Minotaur, so on kToS where does it respawn and when summoning it, does it include it’s original normal attack that has knockdown effect? thanks!

i believe that someone said a few post back when the merger came out , that we got every skill balance that have happen before 28 june or something like that, but i won’t go back to check, so just take it as grain of salt.
so by that statement we are one month and a few days behind in skill balance.
petal the only thing i can remember is the guardian % buff, we still do not have it.
shinobi i do not know because it would need datamining to check if bushin can copy the skill from highlander-petal-hoplite now, just like in Ktos since hidden classes have hidden patchs as well , it is a very good question, maybe someone with shinobis can answer us.
anyone know how evasion rate chance and block chance formula
is that the same with crit rate formula ?

removed it to keep it simple and clean.
really? i’m in the middle of lving another fencernobi now, just for the new moulinet, i was going to be full shinobi with sw3, because i already have too many chars with spear and to be true they are great but after lvling most of them to 240-280 i just lost the affection for them so i changed my mind and was going to start a new shinobi with sword (without hoP) but at first i changed my mind from sw3 to highlander because of moulinet but it seems that i’m had made a bad choice, since it may take one week for the buff to come or more than month, i do not know :(…
I’ve made a post about this some time ago since i doubt that the overly-complicated formula used by many people and some guides is actually correct, i theorized that the evasion formula might be very similar to the crit formula:

We’ll se a lto of complains over here, but as far as they don’t take more than month in bringing it over here it’d be fine in my book.
