nope, jp are BALANCED so it will no longer give extra damage exceed original source. two linked monster both hitted by aoe damage yield no benefits.

I know, that’s why i said non-aoe. Most sorc skills work very well with JP.
Its also work great with small aoe radius skills like fire pillar, Pole of agony.
i think your non-aoe is not accurate description. what i describe multiply damage with jp is “multi-hit skill” such as magic missile, electrocute, hail. these skill usually not suitable against single target due to its mechanic or because it is easily miss target (in case of hail). if it hit against group of target some of them will take some damage. but with jp all damage will be shared with all targets.
fire pillar is single source so no damage multiplication. pole of agony is in grey line due to its curse ability it might be multiple sources if damage are shared via jp.

that takes me to some sort of agreement which wants me to download a “setup.exe” which seems to be a “nexon game manager”

Yes it is desmodus skill, that fire effect is from ignition rod.
Maybe what they mean in interview is last class at rank 8 with 3 circle. So at rank 9, 10 no new class. Maybe only hidden class. Hidden class at c1 only. So easy to fill rank 9,10 later.
Of course, this is all just my speculation
