Yet another video of misuse of Hagalaz =(. For proper test they need to test it on mobs that wont die in 2-3 hits from this skill and drop in on a group of monsters.
Seems like the person says Isa doesn’t affect Frost Cloud, because it’s a ‘discrete’ skill, I’m guessing it means because it’s a ground placement and not really an ‘attack’ which is casted from the user.
I think that’s what the person is saying though, it’s mentioned below.

Eh? But the source of damage is from the user. That doesn’t make sense to me. If the user’s matk changes, or they use quick cast, frost cloud’s damage changes on the fly.
yes. it’s refering to those emplaced skills. such as the frost cloud & flame ground skills that stay active in a target location but doesn’t move.
uwa…that really suck…this even more limited build for this class
Thought as much, thanks for the clarification. I wonder if it will affect Ice Wall’s shards, probably not as they aren’t ‘skills’.

As long as it isn’t a ground zone spell it will be powered up by Isa, so i would have assumed that ice shards would also become empowered, but i’m not entirely sure what the ice shards are considered as when dealing with this type of interaction.

Somehow the dmg seem really low…
…it seems damage gets split between monsters. That means that Hagalaz aint good for either grinding or boss fights. Looks like useless very unappealing class to me.
Well… So how do you even use it? It doesn’t buff Ice cloud… so Cryo3/Wiz3/Rune? Just buff the dmg of your direct damage ice spells every 5 pulls? And be a giant around town?

This class is getting worse by the moment.
10 sec cast time to a lackluster skill that needs a catalyst every cast where Wiz3 is almost mandatory but the only reason you go Wiz3 is to pair up with Ele3 which has frost cloud that Isa rune does nothing to, not that 10 sec Isa duration will help you with DPS.
No electric skill, a hard to aim stone curse-esque targeting attack, a supposedly good buff that raise your hp/def but won’t let you use skills.
It’s like a dumbed down Thau+Ele hybrid
It would be nice to see the skills at lv5 before they’re heavily criticized at lv1, I mean no one would say electrocute is good at lv1.
I agree it doesn’t look good so far but lv5 atleast has a lot more damage and who knows if it would have more hits or something like that.

The cd of featherfoot are too long.
There’s a reason why pyrolinker is so popular, they have a really short cd powerful multi hit for solo play with fireball, flame ground/wall/pillar are also a nice plus. But i think the video shows featherfoot isn’t weak, it actually looks pretty decent.
I saw lots of new recipes after the patch, anyone knows about that?
