I don’t know any rpg who all classes are viable, and actually in ToS have 10+ viable classes.
Obvious have best classes, but this is normal for any game.
These were the top builds. The top 50 builds are pretty diverse, and all are viable. For example, take the Diev3-miko-PD2 build. It’s still strong, and it has rank 48 in the top 100 builds.
ToS certainly seems to have more variety than most games, even if not ALL of the classes are viable for everything.
I kinda happy with the balance in the Archer line , every class there is at least decent now.
Some have another function like Scout 3 that was constant DPS to low cooldown bursts and Reiter 3 that was burst clear to constant DPS clear.

Why do so many ktos people go for Ranger3 instead of Archer2 when going Fletcher3 > Mergen?
Did something change about Ranger 3?
Probably because of the difficulty of achieving a high crit rate without 2 weapons

Is sissel and glad band still used on physical classes or there are better options now? and specifically for Sr, which is better: sissel or glad band (aoe ratio and str/accuracy)?
Physical classes which need AoE attack ratio use phada.
Physical classes which prefer crit (or do not need AoE) use sissel.
Magical dps use archmage bangle.
Support use rhevisan bracelet or dhrag bracelet.
Max petamion and terrallion neck useful for everyone.
Endgame can get solmiki full set, bracer, necklace.
Take sissel on reiter.

Scout actually get a slight buff on Perspective Distortion too, since it’s +25% p.atk but in the new log calculation this will makes for more than just +25% damage.
