I don’t get where you’re trying to get at. Plague Doctors are absolutely indispensable, and have no drawbacks. Poison IS completely, and absolutely, obsolete for any PvP scenario. Unless you can jump on someone faster than they can activate their Dispellers.

Not exactly sure what you were trying to say about Bodkin, but it’s pretty garbage in PvP, since the defense it reduces is meaningless and it doesn’t even remove SZS

To those out of the loop, the 2nd GBL is on the verge of collapsing due to two guilds on the Giltine team withdrawing, only ReRoll, being the good sports that they are, are keeping the fight on.
We have let Lotus withdraw due to Desu butting in and threatening to take down their tower, along with their hamster inside.
We were expecting them to re-enter the war, but they have backed out for good.
Now Wildfire is requesting for a withdrawal, due to guild members wanting an out, to be able to level in peace.
After much thought, we have decided that Clover won’t be withdrawing its wardec against Wildfire.
This isn’t about ‘bullying’ people, and speaking from experience, there will rarely be any fights if one side is avoiding it. And we don’t camp people.
It’s about precedence, we can’t let Wildfire back out after committing to the event, without very good reason. We let Lotus withdraw due to extraordinary circumstances AND under the assumption that they will return to the event asap.
Unfortunately Lotus did not return to the event, and along with Wildfire withdrawing it will set a bad precedent for GBL as a whole.
We hardly want people to think they can enter the event and go back on their commitment like that.
We have made it very clear what people can expect out of it.
Realistically speaking nothing will change, PKs will remain rare throughout the week, we will still observe the tower rule.
But consider this as Clover’s protest against such withdrawals.

Figured this would fail. Terrible war mechanics and 4chan zerg guilds thinking they are pvp gods. Ill play again when actual PvP comes out.
