Can’t get on on any character that I have now, currently reinstalling…

I reinstalled and cleaned up what I could… still stuck at loading screen.
I guess I won’t be playing since I doubt it’ll be fixed over the weekend.
really annoying, shouldn’t take all day for them to realize a problem like this
