Funny you say that. I live almost 300 miles away from server and i get 40-60ms constantly and never lag in game unless someone spams chat. The people in NA with connection issues have horrible ISP.
Also just because we are a first world country doesn’t mean we have good internet. I have FioS its probably the reason why i almost never lag.

That ■■■■■■■ sucks dude, when I played in Silute even with all the issues the server had and connecting from over 1200 miles away I was getting that latency.

You should be getting 10-15ms from 300 miles away and you’re getting 4 times that ammount, that also means if you would want to play a class like Fencer or Monk or QS3 your DPS would be at least 40% lower thanks to the server’s lag.
No it doesnt work like that. maybe in Korea where there internet structure is well beyond ours in USA, but for NA a constant 40-60ms on any game is perfectly fine.
I was getting less than that to the BR server which was burning and burned to DDoS and connection problems, living 1200 miles away from it with the ISP I have which you called ■■■■.
