I think wtfast is safe, its a vpn for gamers.
Not too sure if you are trolling or not, what do you see exactly?
other than it being a general gaming VPN, it provides stability on game connections, it didn’t give players any advantage other than a stable latency.
Edit: Just saw your chat record, if you feel you’re banned, do check the recent ban list and see if your team name is listed there. if you feel you are wrongly banned just sent an e-mail to them.
well, i got banned after last maintenance and the only thing i used wiht ToS was WTFast, maybe was a mistake of then and i am waiting for the answer of my ticket but damn is so frustating wait a whole day and after that u got a unfair ban, hurts a bit.
You share the same IP with other customers. So if a botter/gold seller gets banned and you’re using/used the same IP, you will too get banned.

I suggest try sending an e-mail as well to tossupport@imc.co.kr
in my experience they had 3-4 working days response time.
give screenshots on what you encountered, and do mention your location as well.
As for IP bans, I think they used IP blocks only for regional thing, for botters/gold sellers they banned the ID itself.
if however you are using the Z autoattack method, it might be why you’re banned, most people will treat them the same as bots by reporting, and I’m not too sure on IMC’s stance on this.
I’ll be dammed, I got BANNED. Reason listed is BOT. The only thing I used was a VPN program to lower my ping, because let’s face it, the lag in the game is terrible.
Using VPN violates Term of Service? I don’t see any part of Term of Service that mentions about forbidding VPN.
I got a ban too, i was using WTFast to get lower pings, i have submitted a ticket however there has not been a reply so far. I was wandering if IMC has contacted you yet?

Out of nowhere I can login again. Unbanned. They didnt reply the emails or tickets, I simply can login again. Also they gave me some dg reset scrolls and some exp tomes.

Bumping this because I, too, uses WTFast because even though the servers have moved in Telsiai, the connection is still horrible. I think my internet provider is the problem, PLDC ;w;
IP bans are something primitive and shouldn’t be used in this day and age for reasons like that, also lots of internet providers use dynamic IP addresses.

My account just got unlocked today. After doing some research, it is clear that using VPN, though not violates the Term of Agreement, will still get you banned because your ip will be the same as botter (if they use the same VPN provider as yours).
It seems that the IMC’s banning process is as follows:
- Ban all account that has the same ip as botter.
- Wait for ligit player to appeal (yes you are guilty until proved innocent).
- Re-examine logs and, if it is clear, they will unlock your account.
While the process is very dull comparing to much more complex process of other mainstream MMO developer, it is understandable considering the small size of company and their workforce. I believe, as the company grows, they will implement smart algorithm like other developer.
So my recommendation is not to use VPN at all! Try to play on the server that close to your region.

you just send team name and sever and they will perform a check on your game log ? That all??
May I ask you that how long the unban process take?
