Well, then I guess I’ll just stubbornly bash the log-in button repeatedly until it works. 
Just looked and noticed that Patch files are IPF, too, but that probably wouldn’t explain anything, since iTOS patches are applied to every server under that umbrella. Not sure why this is exclusive to one server, but Klai seems to have problems often. 
Yep, can’t log into the lodge on klaipeda. ipf error crashes game each time. 
Seems most on klaip that go to char select at the moment get the crash.
Hope i’ll be able to log in tomorrow, had some plans… I imagine they might have us wait for maint instead… ;;;;

Having the same .ipf file issue after leaving a mission… only affects Klaipeda server…
Go into library on steam right click tos . click property’s and verify game cache. this supposedly fixes it i did it 3 times cause thats what guy old forum post said to do lol. first time it found 24 files that were corrupted or some ■■■■ the second and third times all good. launched the game and now its patching for me … idk hopefully this fixes it

This is Desu guild crashing the whole server to revoke all declaration of war from other guilds. ;p
yeah i finished patching and i was hopeful but alas it still did same thing

I got 20. It redownloaded some files. Still didn’t fix the problem, sadly. 
yup all we can do now is keep trying to get online … this sucks i lost 2 days already on event from bug now i lose another day from new bug
