Observation:
Yesterday when you clicked the iOBT announcement and changed the url so that it ends in n=250, you would get an empty container where the announcement would be it there were one submitted. Today if you do the same thing, it shows an endless loading animation.

Well, Blazzard already confirmed the leak is true. Now , let’s hope that tos will be the same. 
“According to the post players are supposed to be able to preload the OBT client on Steam starting March 7 but nothing happen so far. Still, it’s very likely the game will start open beta this month.”
they said themselves “this month”, they’re not saying the leak is true
Maybe it was leaked and then they realized that forgot to make one important thing so immediately deleted post. That’s why preload wasn’t possible at March 7.
But if it really was leak and not just a joke then the game must be almost ready to launch.
