Please confirm. Some still have the same reset times. 18:00 SGT not 500 SGT while other resets in the morning. as noted on the patch. Thanks.
Thanks IMC for not letting 7 of my Characters to reset their Instanced Dungeon Entry Count. Now I can do more productive things like sleep. @STAFF_Letitia @STAFF_Max
Already filed a ticket and still no response. 2 out of my 8 chars didnt reset all instances GG shards and some dungeons to run. WTF IMC!!! After every update there’s always some new bugs in the game. FIX YOUR GAME!!

mine resetted the other day. and today it didn’t… this is very weird…

There I’ve been IMC’d no reset on my chars. Nice job , RNG reset XD.

We are aware of the issue and are working to fix it 
is this fix yet? Mine 2day only reset once!!!
From my guess, this phenomena was caused by those free Dungeon Reset Vouchers from recent events, messing some or all of character reset counts. I’ve already experienced this issue for like 4 times in a row day after day. Whenever i use an instance reset voucher, the next day, all of my characters or some of them got no reset. Just for a piece of info. Hope you guys be careful with those FREE instance reset vouchers.
IMC is still undecided on what the reset time is… Going back to the patch note they noted to change the server reset to SGT 500 EDT 1800 but poof after that maintenance majority are still resetting at SGT 1800. Some cases players are resetting at SGT 500.
I’ve tried asking the staff a couple of times (and GM’s ingame) on what is the “right” reset time but they are dodging the question with an answer that they are currently looking at it. They may be running this as a trial? to see what time is the favorable reset. Hope they’ll decide and announce what is the right reset time after this coming maintenance.
