How can a server that recieves updates months later be a test server? I mean there are a lot of crazy things going on at this company but this would be a whole new level.
It is a test server for the question how much IMC’ing a server can take before collapse. They try out how masochistic the players are.

Coz some updates are tested here, and some are tested there… take overwatch for example… less than 4% of their population plays in the test server… now if you have 10-20% of the population, then you get better data… now translating that into kTOS, think about that just few ppl play thoroughly the kTest server… BUT we have a iTOS that actually play it thoroughly and give actual feedback instead of testing stuff for themselves…
Also… this is just a theory backed by a few non 100% sure proofs…
Take it with a lot of salt…
