We should all send tickets about this issue, maybe they don’t even bother to read this kind of threads.
What bugs me the most, is that I really love the game, but such level of incompetence managing a mmorpg, I’ve never seen before.

Having bugs in software is not illegal nor fraud, unless the developer claims to have 100% bugfree software.
The definition of Fraud is “deliberate deception in order to get unfair or unlawful gain”. Programming/Design mistakes are not deliberate. Therefore it is not fraud.
Yes, the costume is bugged and everyone is correct that this should’ve been noticed and corrected before making these items available for purchase and IMC should be ashamed for that, however as i’ve said, this was probably not done on purpose and therefore is not fraud.
Geez, learn the defnitions of your buzzwords before using them…

People seem to not know what fraud and scam means.
It’s frustrating and it’s bad for customer service. But it’s not fraud or a scam. It’s just something that’s not working properly at this particular moment in time.
Spamming tickets doesn’t achieve anything other than causing the support staff to have more copy and paste responses to make.

i know the meaning of the word and I deliberately used it for this purpose, now I know that was deceptive of me to use such strong words but this wouldn’t had the same traction if I just used a generic title like bug wouldn’t it? like every other post with a similar complaint and every other tickets filed that only god knows when it will be fixed
I’m positively sure that this bug is not critical enough to not be fixed in yesterday’s maintenance but why was it not fixed? this could’ve easily been just a missing line in the code, a missing/renamed sprite or a missing resource file but why wouldn’t they prioritize fixing this monetized element of the game?

So, instead of being honest you lied and intentionally falsely accused IMC of a serious crime they did not commit just to get more attention. And then you want them to be nice to you and fix this.
You know, the ironic thing is that technically what you did (intentionally falsely accusing someone of a crime to gain some benefit) is considered a crime in many countries, right?
I’m not saying that your forum post here neccessarily has legal consequences (most likely not, because it’s teh internetz), but i wonder how you expect to be taken seriously when you intentionally lie and falsely accuse someone of a crime just to get more attention.
Whats next, rape and racism accusations against IMC to get attention to a topic about a typo in a NPC quest text?
Regardless how much IMC ■■■■■ up (they’re just humans, i’m pretty sure they don’t do it intentionally), we should have a certain standard about how to do complaints.
