Even if ToS got a loca MMO distributor for each respective region, kToS will still bring their respective bugs and those will stay until next patch or the local debug team know how to do a fix which exponentially rarely happens.
It’s both a blessing and a curse that the game devs themselves are handling their work’s releases.
main pro: faster on rare occacions real time updates/fixes
main con: they are devs not moderators, that’s like making a typical nerd do extreme sports, you’re just asking for a wipe out.
I think because they are also self published is probably why they are so understaffed.
Games hosted by a local MMO distributor tends to be more tame and have less bugs even at its BETA test phase.
Games made and released locally will have the most notable bugs in their BETA phase.
But the bugs iToS faced from lastest patch now is just plain absurd, even kToS didn’t go thru this mess when they had the same contents released.

Sure they’re not great but i don’t think they’re worse than Aeria or Cherry
It’s only but a matter of time, if the kToS pet equipment slot update says anything, heck I would’t be surprised if TP costumes eventually gets enchantments like hats.

Aeria is probably the company with one of the worst customer service…frequent AP problem, slow customer service reply and the hell they lock accounts out of nowhere and ask you to contact for unlock, which takes like half a day for them to reply. I didnt had any issues with Cherry when playing DN. Atleast DN doesnt create bugs in every patches like ToS. ToS customer service act quite fast actually…but not bug fixes

Ugh… You should see what happened with Nexon US and Dragon Nest… That thing was unplayable unless you wanted to blow 15 bucks per character on inventory. Otherwise one of my favorite games. Just could not abide the annoy tactics.
I’ll take a token I can buy with silver and bugs over that thank you very much.
