Oh my dear god, a lone light shining in the darkness.

Sorry to heard that. Most of the Asia citizen don’t really understand what’s going on in the west part of Russia. :cold_sweat:

Nah, that’s fine. I’ll just wait till June.

Talk about April Fools Day IMC. Oh please

They’re going to fix nothing. As long as people pay that 50$ they don’t really care about the rest of the people.

This is how a company kills a game before it releases, that’s the truth. 50% of people who already paid are going to leave in about two months (don’t argue, just wait and see), and 50% of the people who were going to play for free are not going to play ever because of this bad decissions.

What’s the point of paying for an empty MMO?

I’m done with ToS. Enjoy the trap people. I had fun here, in the forums, there’s a lot of good people but game (IMC, actually) is just not worthing any kind of hope.

It will offer a lot to people willing to actually give it a chance. Starting on a ā€œnewā€ server in any game has it’s benefits… but so does starting on an established server! I understand that not everyone can afford to put down $50.00. I get that. But, I’m not going to begrudge people who can–who are willing to start working on creating a stable environment for other players when it fully launches. I really hope they don’t change it too much just because of an outcry from the players that are on the forums–who do NOT represent the entire community.

Let’s wait for the new announcement.

Most people aren’t against the high prices, it’s the 3 months that’s inexcusable to them. It will be a severe disadvantage to people as now with however many servers they have for founders will probably leave some servers empty when the F2P users come in, and the economy will be eternally f’d for F2P users in my opinion. But if they intend to shorten the wait time for F2P or tier 2/3 founder members, obviously the stuff they start off with should be adjusted so it’s fair to the people who’ve paid.

Having the first three months require a payment may actually help stabilize the economy since it’s less likely an army of bots are going to pay the pricetag per bot. That gives the crafters some time to level up as well and actually have a healthy market to spring the server at full launch. Nevermind the opportunity to iron out any major unforseen problems or adjustments between now and then with live feedback. There are always problems when a game gets released between betas (though ours were technically closed) and full release. This should minimize the impact.

I personally think they should add more variety to the packs at each month. Maybe some people don’t have $50 to spend, make a 40 and a 30 tier and use the same pricing schema for each month with different perks. That would allow a larger variety of players to join if they really were that desperate to join in.

I’m aware that my opinion is different from many people. I’m not saying that the opposing views are wrong, I simply disagree with them. There’s also the issue that many people aren’t willing to let those of us who are fine with it speak up. That’s extremely inappropriate.

We aren’t wrong just because you disagree with us, and we aren’t right just because we disagree with you. Healthy dialogue is fine.

But this entire idea of OMG BURN IT WITH FIRE that a vocal group here on the forums are showing is enough to turn almost anyone off of speaking up on either side.

NO, THIS IS PATRICK.
Sorry, couldnt resist.

Considering the fact that the success of this game largely is driven by the player since nowadays this isn’t exactly the type of game to stir up massive hype like other 3D MMOs, this is largely due to the fact they cannot ignore the demands and dissatisfaction. As seen in the recent poll 64% of the players prefer a 1 month exclusive access for people who pay the price at any tier (frankly that is the model I support too) as opposed to a 1 week or 3 month plan.

The fact is, even if there are players who support the 3 month plan, it would be to their extreme disadvantage to release it as so, the 3 month plan has a staggering 11% support in the polls as of right now.

Not to mention the fact that it all depends on the tier you pay for how long you would have exclusive access, so for people that can’t dish out $50 but are willing to spend money they’d have a 1-2 month waiting period.

Now I’m extremely biased because I can’t afford to dish out $50 dollars to buy early access no matter how much I love this game, but even I prefer the 1 month plan over the 1 week plan (which would bring us F2P users faster to the release.)

Open beta might as well just be titled an official release because that’s just what it is, the amount of bugs I suspect will be minimal, so 1 month seems like just the right amount of time to iron it out where as 3 months is kind of an insane wait.
