Baiting can loosely be defined as attempting to rustle someone or a group of people with a hateful or accusational comment. When you are trying to “rustle”, it means you are “trolling” which means, by your definition, virgin.

Still there is some people who think that the game can live even with that problem.

will always happen. People complain, but a thriving healthy game will
survive even with them. But all these limitations geared towards
combating the bots is just putting intense restrictions on the real
players.
Even RO probably had a bunch of the economy propped up with bots
farming the rare cards. That’s not something you over-react to and
restrict the real players in order to combat. It’s simply not something
that will go away.

Actually I just noticed he said “adult” troll. So basically he’s a teenager or preteen kid therefore he can troll which would exempt him from the “guaranteed virgin” part of his argument.
