Where is it fixed?.
I said this in another post, i’d rather have major problems fixed than more CS cosmetics and new Rank/Level cap. This game lost lots of players because of optimization issues, lots because of bots out of control and some for balancing.
If that makes him a White Knight than i am one also, i defend the game, but the company is lacking that is for sure, i know him from long and he make lots of valid points, when we disagree we talk it out.
I am not shunning anyone here, i just pointed out a what or if from that, and in all honesty, unless is in the announcement, i won’t believe in any other info from TreeOfSavior or whatever they call up, even if it is their official FB page.
I remember things getting out of hand once before because a staff talked too much and ended up not be like the said staff pointed out.

well they did an optimization thingy not that long ago and it did improved fps and the newer fps solution could be coming up this next/future maint 
both sides are covered so far xD
I bet it went like this:
ToS saw question and say to itself “wow what an ass, let me be professional and give a quick answer”
ToS returns and see that it made a mistake “ah! let me fix this quick”

Yeah i remember that one, it was nice, but next maint they ■■■■■■ it again, then i had to redo all the settings i did to get a good FPS, then the other main they fked up again lol, passed almost a month playing with low FPS and heavy stuttering, missing lots of skill deployment (controller) because if the stuttering.
Ended up trying Geforce Experience and optimized the game settings with it, bam, worked well, i am using a Ultrawide monitor on my laptop now, it worked well till i pressed some wrong key here and changed the image output to duplicate and ■■■■■■ up the resolution lol, then the game got bad in performance again.
Today i did a maintenance on my laptop (cleaned internally) bam, now it is working well again.
It seem to be using the CPU again instead of GPU, but then again, i can’t pin point it since my laptop share the heat sink with both CPU and GPU.
But there are some areas where you get close that force hard the machine because it is not optimized.
That’s cause MMO servers are maintain by a monkey hitting them with a stick and the maintenance is actually for the monkey xD
that’s why it get worst near maints cause the monkey is hungry and out of energy, but then in maint it get rest and feed and things get better until the monkey needs more maint again

If they actually fix the FPS, I will return to the game.
