That isn’t the only cause or even the main cause of the issues in this game.
IMC is simply bad at evaluating both user feedback and UI design. In TOS you navigate the interface with the mouse even when you choose to play the character with the keyboard. It doesn’t give anyone a surprise then that focus group testers weren’t content with the keyboard control system.
However, while game devs need to listen to their audience and solve the issues players have with the game, that doesn’t mean devs have to do it the way some random users suggest.

There were various other small details in their blog posts that lowered my expectations early on, like the screenshots of the chat interface, their nonsense answer on whether they would implement community features, or their actual reason for implementing the keyboard mode, etc.

By the way, I’m still waiting for a properly-working simplified chat that doesn’t cut out text on some messages.

@STAFF_Max is there any updates/plans on fixing this type of issue?

If the line in the chat is not long enough to go to the next line it will simply be cut out of chat and you can’t read it. Same goes for linking some items in chat and the same case happens.

Well the unbalance itens and class is annoying, but practically I already quit.
I don’t buy TP anyway. Then:
