Thank you IMC, you just found the best time sink for your game. Waste the entire guild’s and also everyone elses’ time tango~ing with the most basic aspect of the game… entering another map.

Submit a ticket. My guild has the same problem and have tried so many times. My guess is that they don’t do squat about bugs or problems until X amount of times it’s been submitted, since that’s such an old bug.
Our guild got the arrow, around 10+ players. We spent nearing half an hour running to and fro spamming space bar just to get in. In the end everyone just gave up.
It is already hard to get players who want to do guild quest in due to the mage tower guild quest bug, and now coupled with the instance exceed problem.
… arrgh the frustration.
