Does IMC really like their sins crawling on their back?
If they keep going the way they’re going, they’re going to have a bad time.
do you think even the worst person can change…?
that everyone can be a good person, if they just try?
do you wanna have a bad time?
cause if you take another step forward…
you are REALLY not going to like what happens next.
it’s a beautiful day outside. birds are singing, flowers are blooming… on days like these, developers like you…

DotA 2 is strong here
hey bro you are hired. Come to IMC HR department tomorrow
They probably won’t change. It’s just too much Fun for them.
On topic: As if I wasn’t disappointed enough before (seriously, 3 months?), the recent “damage-control” is even worse, if I can even call it that.
Dude, he’s just roleplaying as IMC
There’s been some progress. We got some response from IMC, so we know they are at least aware that people aren’t taking it well. Hopefully we’ll get an explanation about why they deleted the announcement and why they’re coming off like they’re just trying to remove traces of the Open Beta on the forum in order to make the Founder’s Pack thing seem more justified.
Here is the topic in question.
Continuing the discussion from With Regards to Community Concerns About the Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access:
people complained about them lying and they tried to rectify the problem thats all. The solution may not be perfect but that is what some of the comments imply that they are lying, which is why they are rectifying the lie.
To cover a lie, another lie appears. It is never possible to cover a lie, but they may not have had the intention to lie in the first place. Just give them a break.
I do not want to encourage anybody to do this nor I will do it myself but:
I think Kotaku would love to pick up this topic if somebody would point it out.
Sorry but if you’ve been following what has been going on, as well as the order in which it happened, alongside the timing, I think you would be less trusting.
They communicated something, I’ll give them that, but until we get actual answers, I don’t people should let up. One day of anger, persistence and the demand of accountability isn’t going to be enough. Until IMC games properly explains why they pulled a bait-and-switch and why they look as if they are trying to hide the Open Beta on this forum, I don’t think they deserve a break.
Oh yeah, I know. I’ve been lurking abit there, and posted my own two cents a little while ago. I’m really glad about the response from them atleast. c:
(the Fun thing was actually just a reeaally stealthy off-topic Undertale reference)
that’s not open beta. Open Beta doesn’t exist anymore. They lied and instead popped this THREE MONTH headstart for $50 USD on an unfinished game and I guess will continue working on it at some pace.
This is what Steam is turning the PC gaming industry towards. Paid Early Access should not be legal, it drags development on and betas end up taking years because the devs are already making money off of it.
Also an excuse to simply release a game that isn’t finished or worth any price without any guarantee that it will be finished properly
I’ve never seen so many people with more money than brains in my entire life.
edit: and the sad part is, $50 isn’t even a lot of money.
It’s like the people who want to pay the $50.00 don’t understand what IMC did. They’re too blinded by the fact that they may get to play iToS early that they don’t even realize that people aren’t (generally) upset about the money but the reason we have to pay and what it does to the community.
Still waiting on any news about this. Might have to wait for a few more hours though.
Just a reminder to everyone that this game is in beta. I’ve run into so many people in the forum who don’t know this.
Was looking for something else and found this topic. Just another reminder this game is still in open beta after all this time.
