roulette you’re supposed to have equal chances for any slice of it, now this is straight up a really bad rate gacha, you get 99.5% C~A with the elimination and the remaining across S~SSS
Maybe “Roulette” wasn’t the best thing to call it. Do we know the actual rates for each possible item, though? Even if they were all equal, it doesn’t make people immune to bad luck.

There is not a single random event in this game (or any I can even think of) where the rewards are not weighted. In fact the fact that there are tiers–by design–indicates that they are heavily weighted. Did you really think you had the same chance to get Giltine Wings as you did attributes?
