based on experience… , also not to mention you can get interrupted/ boss can move, people can grief you by putting an icewall of their own in front of yours to basically deny you any damage. It’s not a viable world bossing build.

But that wasen’t the subject in this matter, you can get killed and make screwups, with any class.

The rest is based on the skills of your gameplay, this is indeed a difficult build to play if it’s gonna be effective.
Like i said before, you can choose to be an ultimate weapon in your group, but to achieve this power you have to make sacrifices in other fields, such as survivability, mobility, crowd controlling and so on.
But when it comes to your field.
You’re on top by far.
you have to experience it for your self, there’s just no way in hell your doing more damage on a high level world boss than an archer class/ elementalist/ druid
Bosses lasts for like 2-3 minutes on a average day, you can get down 2 maybe 3 combos, that being said, its almost guaranteed not all 16 shards will hit your boss due to the spread, you have to be point blank in order to hit all of them which just increases the chance of being interrupted. Not to mention the LAG at WB, its so hard to draw ice wall cells during a WB.
But yeah on paper, sure if you are full int, and can hit all 16 cells of ice wall on the boss every single time, your damage would be on par. But in reality thats impossible. But again yeah… you don’t have to believe me, you can roll the class and decide for yourself.
I got a friend runecaster to buff me and we tried to WB, it was impossible to compete with the fletcher damage.

The class does bring most damage to the table without question.
However, yes it is difficult to deliver it.
It’s not impossible, its difficult.
But to answer the other parts,
Even if you missed 1-3 shards due to spread,
You will still bring more than enough.
Due to optimization of the game, it is NOT viable in world bosses no matter how good you are.

I want this build to continue being the rare kind.
For the people that wish to go with this build tho, i strongly recommend the Green Apparition Gem + 1 AoE Attack Ratio from any gear.
using skills gems doesnt allow you to use the spell, you have to have that spell already
Kino can use PP gem
Cleric 2 can use Divine might
You cant just pick a gem with a skill you like and use it.
I just wanna point out that +AoE Attack Ratio does not effect the targets of PP.
And everyone who said it did, can literally go to hell.

The builds only purpose was to make this 16hit combo, which was false due to peoples lies, im rerolling a tank now.

Q: before i saw ppl doing wall combo with joint penalty and staf hits, but i got linker today and tried, but doesnt work, the link gets to all the walls and hit them but only the walls im hitting throw the ice, was it nerfed?
At this point only PP+wall combo is the only way?

xD It ultimately depends what you want to do. World Boss? Or Just good in general PvE like dungeons. Cryo 3 Kino 3 is very good in both aspects including earth tower.
plus, if I go cryo3kino3. is it have enough damage without rank 7 class?

yeah. they do decent damage if you get the right gear.

Honestly i won’t recommend Psy 3 until they fix this bug. Went Earth Tower and it crash my teammates twice…its really frustrating.
@batcat Hey, I have a wiz1>cryo1>link2>sorc1>necro2 planned. As you can see this is a full build. I’m planning for if they implement the rank 10s and I wanted to add the icewall combo into my FAR Future Rank 10 build…Would adding Kino1>RC1>??? what else would be good?
I’m curious whether Rune of Justice (Tiwaz) can proc Ice Shards… I’m sure PP is much better, but it could be useful though. Any info about that?
