Gacha will come whether you like it or not because they need to get some data/test on it before officially releasing it on ToS mobile.

Or we can sue them. It can be considered gambling and in the United States, it’s illegal for online gambling. Their servers are in the U.S. and their company operates in the U.S.
I don’t think people even run the 50 dungeon anymore, at least most guilds do. They all leech for xp at Royal Mausoleum lodge from 25-110 now. Guess people got tired of doing the same quests over and over. I have

I admittedly don’t know anything about US law. But, I’m pretty sure gambling for upgrades in a video game doesn’t count as gambling in US law.
I loved ToS. I played an absurd amount of the closed beta, bought in to the early access, found myself rather disappointed by R7 content because it really didn’t feel any different than what I’d already gone through a lot in closed beta (and they gutted my beloved alchemist so I never made a new one), and my feelings over R8 are much the same if not worse because the content they are adding is the same kind of problematic content that made people quit in droves before.
Yeah, anyone telling you gachas are gambling in the US is mentally deficient. League of Legends does it, Dota 2 does it, CS:GO does it. There are no regulations for that kind of thing because you don’t have a chance of winning anything with real monetary value.
Thats what the remaining players should do.

problem with the 50 dungeon, especially if you have a good team level, dumpling, token, and maybe exp tome, you just run it three times and then forget it since you probably maybe around 70ish after limiting it. then afterwards the most optimal thing to do is do Royal-Chapel if you have a leecher and/or halloween event.
the inherent level partying system (can’t pick up the right word - i have observed that, if you’re in the 50s range you’ll end up with 50-60s team, if you’re 80s you’ll end up with 70-80s team) doesn’t help much. it just makes things harder. you can end up with 8 people on queue not forming an auto-party because of this system. IMO they should change this system, at least in this dungeon, in siau/halloween this system is ok though.
P.S.
maybe i’m just lucky, didn’t experience much waiting on any queue pve content. i play on a populated server and on-peak hours too. my worst would be 10mins and that was when some queue problems were happening
as for gacha, i’ll probably wait and see…
i played DN so i’m familiar with this…
in that game i only bought gacha 2x in my 5 (discontinuous) years of playing, and that was when they had a promo to go along with it (buy gacha, then you get some of the GOOD STUFF from the gacha 100% sure as a reward) costumes there evolved from just cosmetics into something that brings significant boost in stats and is 100% RNG (up until the promo i mentioned earlier) in order to get.
sounds more p2w than TOS to me…
another problem with TOS is advertising… they did little to no advertising for this game, which is baaaaaaaaaaaaad
