I made everything to make this game crappier (-dx, deactivate everything, deactivate steam things, etc), EVERYTHING, but he still freezes and is horrible

Currently it is speculated that the game’s netcode is at fault, particularly in high traffic areas. There are, of course, other things to be done but it seems to be the main issue.
