Just bring PvP to the game
Most MMOs I played had at least one raid (unless that’s also “just a dungeon”) and/or some sort of proper PvP at release.
TOS doesn’t even has quest/story content to the current maxlevel … so it even lacks midgame

Raids no, but PvP I can agree with at least.
That said, ToS was said to be a scaling project going straight to 600 levels. All that said though, I would like to see Battle League so people could be satisfied for about 3 days before the incessant whining ensures.
