I got banned for no reason

Pay to win plan didn’t work out, lol.

I guess technically ban is not justified since he didn’t refund/cancel his payments and buying multiple accounts isn’t forbidden (probably). But still this is not a normal kind of activity, so I’m not surprised he got banned.

Good lesson for a foolish waste of money and foolish way of playing games.

What i ment is i purchased founders packs for all my steam accounts. As well as for my alt accounts that i purchase the founders are used to buy tokens to sell in the market with the tp i brought. Then silver is used on my main accounts. Some misunderstanding towards my paragraph up top. everything will be clear if they run a ip trace through my accounts. only me and no others. only my ip address

It sounds like OP was hoarding ‘good’ team names to later sell them, meaning OP deserved this ban <.<;

their was misunderstandings to my paragraph up top. but what i ment was i purchased founders packs for all my accounts. easily traced by ip address linked under me only

Kirito was like the # 1 name in this game  was glad i had it but its gone atm. hope i can get justice in my account

the alts are to use the tp from the founders pack to sell tokens for silver.

If you were ban by mistaken, send in an ticket, they will not answer your threads. No customer support will go to the threads to answer ticket, you’re not special and will not get to jump the queue ahead of every other tickets where people actually take the time to submit a ticket…

The amount of ban due to false positive are very slims, especially with modern MMORPG. Most of the time, a person is ban for a reason, would often come to the thread to claim victim. I’ve also experience them going to the company office to complain as well. Had it happen on multiple occasion when I work as a GM in the past.

As a warning, if you share your account with someone who is cheating, there’s a higher chance of your account getting ban for being an accomplice. So if you do share your account, be wary of who you share it with. In most cases, GMs/Customers support really do not care if you share your account if you’re not doing anything suspicious on them. Well it won’t be a problem in ToS since people play ToS using steam, and the demerit of sharing your steam account is huge.

No hacks, no 3rd parties, no silver buying, all under my ip only my ip address only. everything is legit used under there policy and game rights. no accounts brought. i made all those accounts brought all those founders.

Honestly, your case is a grey area. If you’re refunding those purchase, I can see the reason for the ban. If you’re not, what you’re doing is not that much different than selling cash item on the market for silver, which is actually acceptable in all MMORPG. The grey area is cause by selling the Token currency itself. A lot of publisher don’t like it when people sell the point currency for in-game currency directly. The main reason is because a lot of scamming is involve with selling point currency, and therefore will not compensate or help the victim for being scam. What they can do at most is punish the scammer only after they perform some investigation in the matter.

do u even read the replies here why you’re supposedly banned? LMAO!

Kirito-kun would be ashamed, he would buy the easy way out you noob :*(

Here, for your research

even it’s not tos (of course, this game is new), but most of the reason people whine on forum because they did something wrong and … yeah, keep whining somewhere else

I believe you were banned because one of the CEOs of IMC Games is Sugou.

They were quite lenient to the buyer. The place I used to work would have ban both the buyer and seller.

ok so heres the guess:

either you’re making up BS in hope to get mercy and believing the Staff is silly enough to fall for it because you make it public and let them look like theyre bad people to ban such an innocent lil boy like you for no reason

or one of your accounts bought an RMT involved item off the market - let it be ANY item (like a mat you think is worth alot because its the only one sold in the market - but actually its worth 1k silver and you bought them for 400k each) and your concerns are legit
but even if such a thing happened this list isn about RMT since youre saying your accounts are on said list concerning another topic

ya sure all who used said exploits got it under one IP only this doesn prove anything at all just make it sound more fishy than before “i threw in 300 USD into 3 other accounts but i dont care about them i just want my 200 USD accounts back” <-- this makes it so awkward
dont wanna be a judge but you sound guilty and beg for mercy right now - IMC knows no mercy in such a case and thats a good thing for all of the other 30k players and you should have known before

  1. Maybe you got banned because your name is kirito ?

Disgusting weeaboos, rite? lol

I love this. I remember from wow reddit - every single case of these “false positive bans” turned out to have a reason. My favourite was when a guy kept crying he got falsely accused of botting, and one of the redditors found a guy with the same username asking retarded questions about “how to bot” on mmowned a week before that.

It’s hilarious and I love it.
