I think the problem is that gear is too homogenized at the moment, so block/evasion values are high while accuracy and penetration are hard to find.
When the random stat gear comes in, PVPers will prioritize accordingly so there will be a wider playing field. Want full defense? OK but you are giving up on offense to get it.
in term of PVP, i think high block at peltas-hop-murmil build is pretty much balance to other “counter classes”,
hop has negative amount of evade anyway… and the other side, archers always has high evade
and… bcause archer has cannoneer that has great block penetration, even if u not canoneer, or maybe SR, u already has high mobility to deal many hit from far away,
murmillo as far as i know right now is the slowest ms compared to other classes, murmil cant run away from attack, nor chase those SR those bokor, those trot users,
also murmillo cant deal damage unless the target is right infront, only scuntum that can do damage a bit far…
so, for the upcoming update murmil has good upgrade to fix the low ms problem, but again, there are always present the “counter classes” like musket 3, and the OP BM, and btw, cleric always OP in manyways in PVP
not only murmillo, clerics, and wizard are capable having high block, becase they have Full CON usefull PVP build path
SO… for 200k headbut damage problem… this amount of damage can reached by other classes too, such as, appraiser, cannoneer, musketeer… of course with high DEX build, but… unless ur enemy has low PDEF, i think 200k is a bit hard to get
Yes, it makes perfect sense that a full con murm outdamages other dps classes such as dragoon or fencer.
Maybe if murmillo actaully had to invest into str stat, then id agree that their damage was fine.
Now theyre just tank on steroids.
Even a Musket3 would actually need to get DEX or STR for more damage, not go full con.
I will just coment here without reading anything but murmillo is not a defensive class, is the offensive class for previous defensive classes, bye
Remember guys, c2 provides sprint, so there wont be downside effect from using helmet. So, enjoy using it.
i dont get all the nerf this nerf that , isnt imc nerfing enough already , you want us to walk back in time and be weaklings no matter the gear or anvils on em whacking away for 5minutes at a grp of mobs to get 0.1%xp? excuse my language but asking for nerfs on a powerful class that requires BIG investment and not born with supersaiyan clearspeed or burst is just a mongo request.
