Does anyone know how to get them?

You get icoins from completing different achievements in your journal. Not all quests give you icoins, some give you different rewards and some give you nothing at all.
Keep playing, you’ll get some eventually.
To get iCoins from completing achievements you need to speak to a lady in the south-eastern part of Klaipeda. I forget her name or what she looks like, or exactly where she is… but she is there somewhere, and you need to speak to her.
