mmorpgs - $0
other free games - usually $50-100 depending on what stuff i can get, i rarely buy cosmetic stuff.
I’ve spent like a few thousands of dollars not on games themselves but skins in LoL or some extra stuff in mmorpgs like costumes.
I never buy OP items though. I love having my character pretty, though, way more enjoyable to play it
in MMORPG, nothing, not even in Allods EN which was very P2W
But I spend some money with skins in LoL
almost $10,000 a month on a single video game? What do you do for a living and how can i be part of it?
None, there hasn’t really been one I’ve felt I could justify spending much money on. I’ve been close to buying certain expansions or B2P games but in the end they all went F2P anyway so.
I did buy a lot of skins in LoL for a while though, but can’t remember an estimate.
I’ve spent a fair share of money on (3)DS and single player PC games though (at the top of my head ~$800), so B2P works for me if the game looks nice enough.
I spent 100 bucks (probably 30 dollars without taxes) on Star Trek Online cause I wanted a Scimitar (Romulan ship). I left the game soon afterwards. Thats the most I’ve ever spent at once on a MMO.
Few thousands $ on browser games. Well I loved them.
Ever? Some low-three-digit number. Im proud of my efficency.
$300-$500 per month, unfortunately $0 for ToS if the game still have no trade system in official release
Around 3K myself. I had a job and a way to pay for it without hurting myself, but if I could I would do it again if the game is fun enough.
Average $10 USD a month.
I don’t find it intelligent for spending over $70 a month. I rather donate some to my church or spend it with my friends. I don’t find it meaningful to my life for spending hundreds of dollars, it is more useful for me to study MBA with that money or learning new things for myself.
10 R$(real), about 2.54$ to buy jayce in league of legends
Around 350 prob. I’m only super interested in fashion and gifts, like on xmas. mmm 350 worth of fashion. and gifts.
I spent just over $400 dollars on RuneScape.
Not on subscription but costumes and what not.
Never spent any. Just waiting for a game without p2w to finally invest for the first time.
A decent bit here and there.
The big ones are 5000~ on Mabinogi and ~1000 on Elsword.
Aside from that, I’ve gotten premium on Ragnarok a few times, 200~ spent on Grand Chase, a bit less on Trickster. Probably 150~ on La Tale.
Something around 200 on Guild Wars 2 iirc.
Not a single cent, but I might buy one or two stash for PoE at some point.
I’m not the kind of person who spends money if it’s not necessary. Yet, i don’t really play games that require money, so there you go.
Oh, i remember, i spent around 30 dollars (did the math) on League, just because i was happy to find a competitive online game that actually wasn’t P2W in any way.
Well, tbh, when I used to play Secret of the Solstice, I always spent oodles of
on their evil cash shoppe. My monthly budget was $100 for large pots, Exp boosters, plus DEF items, permanent flash sales, lucky balls and such… But I was never hardcore so it was really a waste lol.
I remember when the tiger lucky balls came out, I spent $250 that month alone trying to get a full permanent white tiger costume. I got all the pieces but the body suit
(P.S. That was back when I had a stellar contract job… now back in school as a broke college student… so not much I can spend nowadays
)
around 200$ for RO
less than a 100$ for Dragon Nest
~2 years of subscription to Dofus, so around 120€, but those were the leftovers of my phone credit (which resets every month anyway) sooo it felt okay
~70€ in Dragon Nest, random gifts to friends
~30€ in Elsword, helping a friend too
~50€ in Eden Eternal, same as above
~40€ of skins in League of Legends, only gifts
Now I think of it, I’ve never spent a single dollar for myself on MMOs °°’
