except i was just referring to the one character, not whatever alts he might have.
but whatever, if he wants to bring all his friends to a horribly over-populated server, so they all have a glitchy, laggy time just so he can parade around his high-level characters, then sure… why not. isn’t my problem, really.
i just get all twitchy when people make imaginary excuses that something “isn’t possible” when it clearly is, and they just don’t want to do what goes along with it.

The overall lag increase since transfer has smoothed out a lot, pinging a consistent 150-250 now, world bosses have a medium amount of people, imo there is plenty of room the population has somewhat evened out, hype is dieing down all these new servers are going to do, is create a dead game in the long term since the only retention value this game has is targeted towards a niche audience
Didn’t say it wasn’t possible just said it wasn’t fair to him and his friends, i could quit my server and start on a new one right now, doesn’t mean i want to do it
Except that they actually prefer that because they’re casual people who would rather have an easy life being carried than getting rekt solo
even when you’re getting carried, this game is slow as hell. if they’re casuals, don’t count on them hanging around for very long.
i mean hey, it’d be great if they do… but that would be the long bet.
They may be casuals but we stayed on a game for as long as 1 and a half year so that’s hardly a problematic case
