How does Magical Critical Atack stat work on rebuild?

If they never change the formula. I believe it the same as patk:
(sf * matk * 1.5 + m.c.atk) * ((log10(matk/mdef)^0.9)+1)

Because what did you expect, all the modifiers to nicely multiply eachother in skillFactor%? Hah. Good one.
