it sounds better than cyclones nerf. while it has cooldown now like people said its multi hit now and multi hit skills scale better from my understanding. im wondering though the cyclone nerf how many less hits is it at rank 5 if it only lasts 4 seconds as opposed to 4.5 seconds and does that include the is it over charge use where you use it 2nd time?

ah my bad. surely instead of nerfing like cyclone and highlander and the linkers would it not be better for them to buff what classes need buffing looks at classes with lack of buffs or multi hit skills
