Yes these are just date/hour stuff… These names are provided by TOS itself when you record a video…and these guys are lazy to rename it unfortunately…

Strange, a lot of Korean channels use this kind of codification when they upload ToS videos.
How do you manage to find something specific? I wanted a Chaplain PvP video but typing in English was no use.
you dont, or go by the uploader name to possibly get different videos on the same character.
but for chaplain pvp i dont think it would work that well.
As Ayalon said, when you record something in TOS, the file name is named after that time you started recording. So nope. Sorry I cant help you there.
If it helps, try searching: “TOS 2016 (date) 03” and hope for a chaplain hit.

They’re kinda hard to find because the Koreans just upload them with the name that the recording software gave.

Any english title will not give out specific searches you seek. So only tos 2016 works for now until we get a month or 2 to have people start recording some footages from this server
