sw3 sword/pistol and hop2 spear/pistol. For sw3>pelt>cors3>shino i don’t know if you can pick hop1 instead of pelt. I’m not sure if it’s worth it

i wanted to use dagger, i cant then? dagger+pistol? or sword+pistol is really better?

also i wanted to know what you do on SW skills other than pain barrier 15, do you prioritize gung ho or concentrate? bash or thrust? im thinking about doing somthing like 0 thrust 0 bash 5 concentrate 5 gung ho on c1 but then on c2 ownward idk if i should max concentrate or gung ho or to balance them i just know i should max pain barrier and restrain and double slash
3 Gung Ho for the attribute and you can put 3 into Bash for the Knockdown. Rest Concentrate (it’s at least how I do it)

@mugen_murasame hi as i said before on my first post i am leveling this shinobi to play with my gf, and she dont play that much, but i want to do this character quickly so i may consider doing another character to go with my gf…
now i am at lv 41 and im dying bc i want to reach 50 for the dungeon quickly xP
so ill start a new charcter to play with her while i wait for her to login again, it should take 2 days, and then ill go solo with my future shinobi lol (which is still a petalsta going to SW2)
Reseted to one, and yes, it’s only a ‘purely for fun build’, always ranked 5(lowest) in merc missions, gave up doing r8 quests till I get her to 290.
Sw3’s Restrain10 and PB15 are really great at late game, all other skills can be copied by bunshins(not that any of em have good damage)
Pelt’s for Guardian for solo survival(xtra def and block w/shields) and SB for team play’s aggro management.
Sair3’s Pillaging will be a passive and JR’s combo>frenzy turning into a Archer friendly buff in the future, Hexen and PistolShot(decent not great for an r7 circle) are worth while, and of course IH and DD provides solid cc.
Shinobi’s Kunai deals decent damage when you have max Bunshins on, Mokuton provides a nice gap closer upon getting hit if it didn’t have a seriously lethal delay and camera bug, Stealth via Katon and Mijin also helps at times where you’d want to pull out from all the aggro in solo play.

2)Sw3>pelt>Cor3>Shinobi
3)Sw3>hop/pelt>Cor3>Dragoon (not shinobi build but most suitable candidate for decent dmg)
nope. This is basically meh since hoplite 1 has no spear lunge and the fact that it has no pelt

Formula for a corsairnobi do deal good damage is
sw- x- hop 2- corsair 2- shinobi- corsair 3/ goon/ sw 3 if you went sword 2
May i ask you guys which stats distribution you recommend?
im doing 2:1:1 dex str con until 30 con and 70 str then rest on dex but if its not good i may reroll, so what you guys do?
Around 20-30 points invested in STR for solely BlockPen.
CON can differ with your play style/habit.
You can drop CON if you party regularly(babysitted by a cleric till 200), and if have Pelt in your build that’s an automatic +25%max hp with SwashBuckling while it’s up.
If soloing, at early game(lvls1-200), you might want to beef up with (also)20-30 points invested in CON=rough 2-3k hp. You could also go noCON if you’re lucky or can invest some silver for headgear enchants, good ones are: +maxhp, patk, crit.
Current DEX meta says it all, Crit and Evasion got hardly changed in Trans, Enchants and Gems, which make it matter more, specially for us swordies.
Patk and Hp right now are easy to get via other sources which makes the stat(STR and CON) that provides them a poor investment.
In case you’ve lost count on how much stat you have already invested, just google for ToS’s addon manager, the answer in right there.

i dont know if i can get the gears for a low con but ill try, ill do 30 str and maybe stop investing in con and see if i can get the gear or need to invest some more xD

How to play using dagger/pistol with shield? Do we always need to swap weapon? U have swordshield(for pelt) n swordsdagger(for dwa) where do u want to put swordpistol(for pistol shot)? Others are, you have sworddagger n swordpistol where do u want to put swordshield?

Highlander is 2hand sword give 10% crit. How to use Corsair3 skill? most of corsair skill need to equip with dual weapon. Do highlander 2hand 10% crit still goes on when u swap to dual weapon?

HL skills can be used without a specific weapon for the most part…don’t use two hand sword when it would overcomplicate things.

Swordsman: Thrust, Bash, Pommel Beat, and Double Slash
Peltasta: Umbo Blow and Rim Blow
Highlander: Crown and Moulinet
Hoplite: Synchro Thrusting
Rodelero: Shield Bash and Shooting Star
Only Crown and Moulinet can be copied, imo, Moulinet and Skyliner looks very visually appealing for Shinobis, even with the latest buff on Moulinet’s bonus damage against [Shocked] targets it’s still feels lacking in over all damage.
Shinobi is really lacking right now with good skill synergy that is not Rod’s ShootingStar or Hop’s Synchro, both which can still be boosted by Murmillo.
- How to play using dagger/pistol with shield?
The more preferred off-hand equipment when you reach Corsair3 is Pistol(well… Manamana is just too good)
The only time you will wear a Dagger/Shield is when Swashbuckling or holding Guard(if build has Pelt).
Correction, that’s +CritAtk when using 2HandSwords not +Crit.
As Blank said HL skill have no weapon requirements.
