I saw many PH players with PLDT get high ping in new server.
I suggest you should change to Globe for better ping.

This is quite expected
PLDT has really bad routing and is biased towards the Western part of the world so getting a ping like that is really the sad case for this particular ISP.

Aussies also got rekt bro, all my buddies on TPG, optus, telstra ALL getting the same ping we got on the US server as we do here. Should of just stayed on the us servers…

On the test server it was consistantly pinging for 160, in game i get 360+

ikr only tree of savior gives me high ping other games don’t idk if this is really singapore server lmao my ping in dota 2 singapore server is 39ms

They have to let us relocate because there wasn’t a way to test our pings if the server wasn’t in the real location.

Now its totally different in-game, I am getting 300-600ms, the lag is worst than when the server was located in North America, I tried in game ping in Orsha and its 200-300ms.

Located in Sydney, Australia, was hoping for better in game ping, but it’s actually worst than it was before.

I hope this routing problem is only temporary. When they first released the echo servers I was getting around 50-60ms but now I’m getting 190ms using cmd and around 250-300ms ingame, which didn’t change much when the servers were still in NA. Man, I’m really disappointed right now.

The routing issue is on your end. Contact your ISP and tell them if they’re willing to re-route to the server. Most of you having bad ping is due to your ISP taking the cheap route, for example for PH players they will use PH>CHINA>SG instead of PH>SG since it is cheaper for them to go to CHINA first.

Bug Description :
Not doing anything, just standing still spamming //ping.
I really noticed the ping fluctuations because sometimes my attacks went off instantly, and sometimes it just froze for 1 second before releasing it.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Connect to game
  2. type //ping

From the screenshot below you can see my ping to SG through CMD vs ping in-game vs my internet connection.

All players that has PLDT subscription are still having high pings despite of server rellocation. We have normal ping (below 100) on Steam’s SEA server but on ToS SEA Telsiai Server we have 200+ ping. Most of us from Philippines has a subscription from PLDT since its one of the Major ISP here. We are getting advice that the only solution for this is to change our ISP or use paid VPN, but clearly we wont be doing these for many obvious reasons. So what would be the action for this?

Internet Connection : PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company)
Country, Region : Sea, Philippines

im using pldt also

after the maintenance in sea. i got 400-800ms

right now the lowest ping i got is 15ms and highest is 700ms very unstable

I hope IMC uses the same server location that DragonNest SEA used.
It’s on Singapore too, any ISP here in PH have a good ping when playing it .

Notice this IMC pls .
