@SlyGoat I was with a party with just 5 of our low level chars killing Dulla 2 days ago.(yep im from orsha server so we have a low population. You shout to get somebody to help you out kill dulla and still just a handful shows up.)
We have a corsair in our PT and ofc it took longer than usual to kill it but man I SAW A FREAKIN CUBE DROP WHILE EVERYBODY WAS HITTING IT!

Yep, it’s a very low rate but it can happen. Once my Corsair3 is actually a decent level I’ll probably try recording some 280 WBs until I loot one.
