When i tried hitting (Naked: All items unequipped) a monster and tested with a player it only does same damage even at ON or OFF attribute. Hexing should amplify Dark Attack skill by 30% like for instance your Effigy skill, but the case here it doesn’t even change so i guess it is bugged.
To anyone with Bokor, feel free reply here and have a test if it works or it is bugged.

I reported the attribute bug a while ago but there is no response yet.
So it was bugged after all. Thanks!
My suggestion is to send them a support ticket too pertaining to this bug.
Hopefully, they fixed this soon.
