Help after patch january 3 2017 …i cant open my tos 142944_001001.pak failed to download files. This might be a communication problem. Please check you connection and restart client.(824)

I followed the instruction copying the first 6 numbers (not five) from the patch file into the release.revision.txt. but still have an error of downloading (147684_001001.pak) after launching the game.
I’ve also verified my files through the steam ap, checked my patch, and followed as instructed but no avail.
My launch pad is having a communication problem w the server. Please fix.
