Having trouble tranfering my team to the SA server

Hi, I’m trying to transfer my team from the Orsha server to the new South America Sever. However, when I select the server and the target server a window pop up saying I can’t trasnfer my team because I don’t have a team in the selected server, which I do btw. Is anyone else having this trouble?

Unlinking Your Steam Account (don't post here if it doesn't apply to you)

Please don't post on this thread if you're not requesting your Steam ID to be unlinked. For those of you submitting team transfer request tickets who get the error message saying there isn't a team on the selected server, it's most likely that you have the wrong Steam account linked to your forum ID. If you have an old/wrong Steam ID linked, please comment here so I can have the web administrator remove your incorrectly linked Steam IDs. Thank you.
