Can’t we make a list of headgears that are 100% in the game and which are not? I feel like 3/4 of the stuff listed on tosbase for example is not even in the game…

I’ve passed a lot of time digging and so, but still can’t figure out how to get the Canine Head Decoration at Alemeth Forest… someone in reddit said that is from the gimmick where you have to kill some truffles and 2 portals appears, they will disappear and a crystal shows up. Is this correct?
Yes, but it’s a rare drop I believe.
It happened in maven and I only got a Blue Gem
It is the only hat decoration that i really believe that fits good at my monk… sigh…

sorry i dont know because i just grind there for not a long time and personally i havent get the recipe, but i can ask my friend and return the info to you later he grinds her alchermist there until rank 7
You have to collect Sparkly Blue Fragment (maybe at least 5) from the mobs in Sicarius (not sure if from the Shaman Doll or the Pyran specifically) then put it on the altar. It’ll create a key that you will use to be teleported to the secret room.
