I still think this game is poo on a stick. Itâs a pretty poo, but itâs poo nonetheless.
I accept that sometimes people complains too much, but hey, sometimes you need to complain so the corporation that gets your money improves to give you a better service. No whining = No changes, no improvement, same problems.

By buying TP. By buying their âproductâ in a F2P game.
But the product is garbage and doesnât do what it intended / or was said to do.
Letâs look at token for example. It allows you to gain one more entry into dungeon. ONE more. everyone gets TWO. that is 50% increase in dungeon entry!
Nope, because you enter dungeon, everyone dcs within 5 minutes. Now the product that I paid for doesnât do what it was said to do. Or more like, it did what it said to do, but the rest of the product was so bad that they kind of cheat players out of it.
Itâs like selling a Wagyu steak burger with rotten buns. Or paying for ferrari instead of Hyundai but itâs speed locked at 20km/h 
IMC should be âGRATEFULâ that players are still sticking around!

the problems was most of it was being posted on the wrong section, and were clearly going nowhere. (server laggs [yes the DDOS incident],people quitting cause theyre not getting what they want)
on the otherhand they have those ones that do have a point but is way too early to suggest (some that will kill the games lifetime)
oh and let me explain it to some of the people that still dont get it (not pointing out fingers they know who they are)
Supply and Demand. 3 simple words. Having too much of one is bad (one is worse than the other)

Also, who says I kept throwing money at it? I bought the product once. It also means I will not be paying for the product again as I think the product is not worth it. This is a factual review of the product, hardly a complaint.
Itâs dumb to throw money, thatâs what you do.
People paid for product, and they have every right to voice it if the product does not do what it said it would do.
If you swallow it (Iâm sure you love to), then yourâe the one throwing money at it.
There is a difference between whining and legitimate criticism, you know~ Yes, there is much of the former, but thereâs still the latter, as well.

Most of what you call âwhiningâ on these forums is actually criticism, be it constructive or not; it helps because people are voicing out opinions about the game. The devs can see what people are angry about, or what people feel should change, then they can make decisions after contemplating those issues.
You are simply expressing your thoughts about how the people are acting. Isnât that more whining than anything else? Your post doesnât provide a single piece of insight about the game itself. We are consider as early bird customers. Please at least listen to our feedback and it was not a single kid bullshitting alone withour reason.
IT WAS THE MAJORITY OF THE PLAYERS COMPLAINING ON ABSOLUTE FACTS about the current server conditions.
Iâm playing in SEA server. I felt like a stupid to actually queue for 30mins per instance in dun/mis every day.
SOLUTION:
If server too crowded.
THEN PLEASE AT LEAST MAKE SOME SOLUTION!!
Reduce dungeon and mission count for non token from 2 to 1, token user 3 to 2.
So that wont be so many player go for the Dun/mis thing!!
Normal Queue time from 20-30mins should be able to reduce by 30%!!
OR increase dungeon and mission server capacity!!!

Reduce instances count and increase exp rate.
At least it was a better solution than splitting SEA server from 1 to 2. Yet the exclusive user in 1st server still suffering.
