Also the FFT translation was notoriously bad, so I donāt know how much we can trust āa restaurant famous for its Chocoboā to mean its delicacies. It could possibly refer to a chocobo mascot.
Anyway I want a cuter mount. For now, Hamsters will do, but it would be nice to see an animal that we can take more seriously while still being around the same level of cute.
Kefkaās Fried Chocobo sounds more delicious.
LOL, I remember about the (highly weird) breeding system. The eggs arenāt considered items, but NPCs that can be dimissed (broken).
You see, I consider that FFT had a more serious atmosphere, as this is a Matsuno game and canāt compared with the following games. In Tactics Ogre, other Matsuno game (and FFT main basis), recruited creatures CAN be eaten (like Cockatrices, mentioned here).
But I agree, I forgot about the translation thing. And fraknly, after playing the TO remake the FFT remake looks boring, so Iām not playing it again even with the revised translation.
AaAaAnyway, I think Iām taking the hamsters tooā¦ Yeah, Hamzilla or Ultra Peepi will be my mount. These names will give him someā¦ Errrrrā¦ You know, reputation on the streets.

There is actually a very big yellow fluffy bird that they summon during events.
You canāt mount it, but it does seem to blow up into lots of hats.

I also remember about transports that could carry multiple players, but it all when the game was still called Project R1. Not sure if the ideas will be used someday, but the last trailers suggest that these were discarded.
I found the image (also pretty old), but canāt find texts describing how this would work. I remember it was said to be one more of the āsocial thingsā in the game, though:
Old? Pretty much. But most maps that are showed in the video are recognizable, it is possible to say that the version showed is not that far from the version we are playing now. It also doesnāt discard the possibility of the existance of that fat chick within the game files. Who knows.
