Does the flower in Gytis spawn in all 4 places at once? or did they do a really d-bag move and make it spawn at one random place.

if all players activate the flower at the same time every one get the flower, you need to coordenate with the other players. At least one player in each spawn point, and use party ou chat room to alert the others
also, every time the flower spawn, it will change channel
the problem is, not everyone wants to colaborate and will just ruin ur entire effort of waiting.
well, I took 2 days, 4 hours in the first and 2 on the second.
In day one, I managed to talk to all 25 archers on the map, we waited for about 2h. sadly, a random bastard, came along and took it alone.
On the second day, 12 archers, talking, was a pleasent way to pass the time, needless to say that in this days everybody took the flower.
Point is, only a flower spawn at a time, int the silute server, there is 2 ch, so, if you stay put on a spot, there is a 1/8 chance that the flower will spawn at your feet.
If you try to walk from spot to spot, you spend to much time walking and to little at a spot.
this quests, were not made to do alone.
Sure, maybe there will be a troll, that will come and screw everyone, but it worth the try

Is there a way to fix the glitchy graphics of the flower you have to water? I literally just failed it because it was lootable but had no indication at all that it was. Its not changing states at all either, all I get is some weird white lines around its 3d model.

The Appraiser quest is great, nothing to complain.
Sounds like: “Hurdur, make the quest for a Hidden Class easier so I can obtain it without investing too much time.” 
Spend 6 hours doing the appraiser quest because of SR hyped… next day reroll into mergen hyped. Rip flower.

So far both of my encounters camping for Gytis flower went quite ok besides the 1st encounter who has a player whom didn’t wait and took the flower resulting in one of the players failing to get it.
Players are generally friendly in the party I was in and it went quite well for the entire experience in getting Appraiser for 2 of my archers.
The appraiser pre-quest is miles better than Miko’s imo.
I guess it’s a bad idea to tell the thread that when I walked into both maps, both flowers were there already… 
I don’t mind 2 hour respawns, but 3 or 4+ hours is way too much. 2 is probably pushing it for most people with a social life.
Only advice I can give is maybe get a tablet/second monitor and watch something while you wait, and beware of flower snipers…
I dont understand gamer mentality nowaday, it is a hidden job, it supposed to be hard (and no not that hard if you compared to the Miko bs) You always have the option of NOT to do it.
Playing an online game is a journey, not rushing through content for instant online gratifications.
My advice, if you dont find the job worth the effort to do the quest then pick another job, there plenty.

A lot of the reason why it’s hard/frustrating is because it’s bugged; making it much more of a difficult time waster than it already is.

“Hidden” Quests are stupid in this game
First of all, they should test your skill, not your patience
The least they could’ve made is like, make a variable step that changes from character to character (like, gather a specific item, that would change for each person) so at least people wouldn’t have to do the same quest
The quests aren’t even hard, they’re just annoying -.-

The quest is annoying. took me almost 10 hours to complete it, and i only made it that “fast”, cus i teamed with others. It really took me by surprise, since i havent looked it up before creating and leveing the character. If i had, i wouldnt even bothered starting it. Its just plain time wasting. Who’s got time for that nowadays?
Its like i saw an build, boko+miko+PD, which looked great. This time i went to research the miko’s quest before i invested time on this. Saved me a lot of pain by giving up on that build. There’re other great builds which doesnt need to suffed a weeks long of suffering and time wasting.
