To balance out the 7% gain of course!

How about 400%? Or 1000%, because currently 3 fps in GvG is quite entertaining. 1000% would boost it to only 30fps. playable but not smooth like full 60 huehuehue

for becoz less people playing TOS, so they cut the server node for cost-saving.

7% overall improvement?

i think STAFF got it mixed up, IMC meant 7% overall cost saving and more margin for them.

there is no room for you players in that 7% improvement.

Let us all wait to see what the upcoming patch in a few days gives us.
New bugs will bring that ‘7% improvement’ to a ‘-5% improvement’
