Why is because hes over reacting to one change with little knowledge of ktest. Monks are looking fine.

To me Monks actually look pretty decent again. Might actually consider taking the monk3 route.
All the melee skills got way stronger than before but now Energy Blast looks incredibly weak in comparison.
Like most physical multi-hit skills : overnerfed.
STR / Con Monk is a good option for new Stats. STR give attack damage and Con Block and Stamina. With 100 dex with equip are god for normal strike.

you were looking into the water… DP now is 5 overheat with 10sec cooldown on kTest
Like split arrow, barbed arrow, oblique shot and almost every 0cd skill.
