for current condition, basic on my experience with monk3, they arnt worth to take until c3, you might be take c1 or c2 max, coz your main dps until late games is DP, if i got op reset job again, i ill rebuild my monk become c2 and at R7 take oracle/PD for anti debuff purpose.
nah for future patch balancing monk, i have no idea abt that, im bad in theory, hahaha XD

Even Paladins with Krivis are not using SPR, the attribute alone makes the skill fine.
Im currently running this build (https://tos.neet.tv/skill-planner#41221999g.1a243a5561.16213345556595.2f31415a6a7181.45647581) at 330 and im really happy with it. great dmg nice survival and revive/ress. about stats 100 con and the rest dex (cuz mainly its a pvp class) but you can put less con for pve or some str to block pen.
Well like hiw much con cause right now i have 32 con atm
Also i was kinda wonder why dump so much into dex
Because Monk and Inquisitor skills can Crit. See that yellow numbers with EB and Wheel feels amazing
